This initiative emphasizes our commitment to building strong, collaborative relationships with realtors. All referrals will be paid out upon a fully executed property management contract at the first distribution.
In addition, we ensure that the property and owner are flagged for potential sales opportunities. This means that if your referred client decides to sell their property, we'll refer back to you for the listing. This ensures you have the opportunity to earn the sales commission as well, furthering our partnership and mutual success.
